ok.. here to blog now.. actually during emerge during one of the nights, i got this vision from God.. I saw myself rising up being a Team IC in usher ministry.. it was den when He spoke to me about the vision.. I didnt intend to share this out but it was confirmed that it was a vision from Him.. He also told me that it's going to be a tough road ahead, will i be willing to humble myself before him.. to rise up in usher and not being afraid for failure.. being like shamgar.. am i willing to commit myself to Him.. I really must say one thing.. which is " Here I am, take me.. I'll willing to do anything You ask me to do"

Well, hahax.. i'm back.. hahax.. last friday was my Food and Nutrition O lvl practical exam.. hahax.. screwed up alot lah.. hahax.. but nvm.. i'm going to post the pics for my dishes now.. hahax... Hope it doesnt spoils ur appitite.. =)

1st Dish: Salmon Fish Cakes (with chocolate dip sauce)

Ok.. this is the Salmon Fish Cakes (it does not contain fish cakes) but it is called like that lah.. hahax.. inside got salmon and potatoes being smashed, den send for deep fry.. hahax...

2nd Dish: Salmon in Cream Cheese Sauce

Ok.. this is the Salmon in cream cheese sauce.. hahax.. this is the most screwed up one.. hahax.. But most people eat this.. hahax..

Dish 3: Salmon Pasta inside capsicums

For this dish, i cooked the pasta sauce first with the salmon, shitake mushrooms and potatoes.. den i put the rice inside the capsicum followed by the sauce.. Den after that, add the mozzorella cheese on top of it den put it into the oven to bake till the cheese melt..

Dish 4: Salmon in Green Tea with Rice

For this dish, i used secha green tea leaves to make the "soup.. I griled the salmon den cut it den put it on top of the rice.. after that, i sprinkled the nori (japanese seaweed) on top..

Hahax.. I'm back to blog again.. hahax.. this time to make up for the 2 wks of not blogging, i'm gonna blog an extremely long one.. it's about my experience during the Emerge conference this year..

Well, Emerge has really gone so fast.. it has really impacted my life tremendously.. i've never experienced such hunger in the Lord before.. it's like his presence is so strong that i cannot stop crying during worship.. it's like my tears are flowing down like streams.. never ending.. i've also never felt so hungry for spiritual food in my life before.. i just yearn for more and more and more preaching and the word of God.. It is like my spiritual walk with God is like have already experienced a 180 degrees turn to the other side..

So let me share what happen during these 4 days.. (31st May to 3rd June)

Day 1: 31st May
Woke up at 5am in the morning.. got ushering.. i dont know why.. i was like extremely excited for Emerge that i cant really sleep well the night before.. but guess what, i was totally charged up when i started praying the 1st thing i wake up.. Had my bath and i left home to meet Alson.. We were going to meet up to go to expo together.. hahax.. so we met up, took 969 to tampines and changed to train to go to expo.. so when we arrived at expo, it was only 7.05am.. was extremely early.. the earliest i've ever reported for usher (*Note: i am always late for ministry).. so straight away, we went to set up Traffic 2 (the back carpark) the area.. very tiring and i started sweating alot.. den finally at 8.45, i went to scan my attendance.. CHARLIE!!!.. WOOHOO!! so i was doing accupoint with Darren along Charlie terrace highway 3.. Really an excellent experiece and an eye opener.. I saw everyone so hungry to get seats as close to the stage as possible.. Den i was also sent to outside.. to give out the emerge water.. that one made me sweat till my shirt was totally wet that when i went into the hall, i was shivering.. hahax.. Really cold mah.. hehex..

So service finally started.. It was a magnificent beginning but only a few hip-cups occured during the brainest youth.. but nvm.. hahax.. so pastor preached about Shamgar.. Him being audacious, him being willing, him having a powerful prayer life and him going for the anoiting.. I was really impacted although it was the 3rd time i hear this message.. but it seems that each time i hear it once again, i seems to learn more things.. It's like smth gotta do with me being a President of the Sports Leaders in School.. Being a leader.. it seems like we gotta be willing to serve.. We gotta be audacious (meaning fearless, daring, unrestrained by any sense of lack or ineediquettecy).. we gotta be hungry for God's anointing to be on us.. we gotta have persistence.. it's like we cannot give up, fall already, stand up again.. dont be afraid.. So one revelation that i've got during this message was even me can make a difference in my campus.. Bcoz if God can use a simple, uneducated man like Shamgar, den what more us who are educated..

So after the service, i went to hall 7 to accompany the Cell Group for fellowship.. den reported back at 3pm for duty.. was assigned to internal traffic.. My favourite.. The most garang one but i love it the most.. hahax.. so i was assigned to tunnel 4 to guard the tunnel and lay chairs for Charlie & Delta PIE & Terrace.. Den halfway, while preparing, i saw someone on stage preparing.. he really looks like Tank, the singer.. But i was telling myself impossible bah.. so in the midst after door open, i was asked to go to arrange chairs at Hall 7 for the over flow.. it was like very tiring.. gotta go to and fro from hall 7 and 8 to bring chairs over.. very tiring lor.. hahax.. nxt time if u can, let you try.. hahax.. Den service finally started.. and guess what, we have Fei-er from FIR who is here.. but too bad she cannot perform as smth like smth is stated in her contract that she cannot perform unless we pay her company.. den guess what, we have a guess performance.. it was by TANK!!! OH MY GOODNESS!!!! so the one i saw earlier practicing was really TANK!! WOOHOO!!! so he sang 2 songs and he shared that the song Dear Tank was actually written by him to God for his music talent.. He is a Christian and he was sharing with us how much church and God has impacted his life that time, he started crying.. But it was really impacting to the youths.. To reach out and go out and achieve their dreams in the Marketplace..

So after service, i straight away left and took the charted bus home.. send Joeann home liao den i reached home at ard 12.30am.. hahax..

Day 2: 1st june
This time, i didnt went for the morning session.. i got O lvl practical for my fnn.. will upload the pics the nxt post.. hahax.. rather screwed up..

All right, get back to emerge.. hahax.. day 2, i only reached expo at 8.30pm.. hahax.. while Wayu, the multi-millionaire of our churhc, was sharing his testimony on how he become so rich.. hahax.. so along the way, i went to tunnel 3.. saw esther woo.. she was like asking me what i cook.. den i told her the 4 dishes.. she was like "WAHHH" for all lor.. den she say she wanna try.. i hear liao also very happy.. finally someone say my cooking is nice and wanna try my food besides Tong Xin.. hahax.. dont worry esther, i'll cooked for you one..

So i got seated and shared a seat with a sister usher.. hahax.. den after that, guess what, it was time for the guest star performance time.. it was Chen Diya and Chen Shi Wei.. both of them are christians as well.. hahax..

After service, took the chartered bus home again.. after alighting, i started talking to Johnny and Gerald.. it's like smth inside of me that is wanting me to tell them.. i told Gerald the new school IC who's gonna take over me to organise prayer meeting during this holidays.. I believe that this holiday will surely be an impactful one not only bcoz of EMERGE.. but also our prayer meeting for our school's revival..

Day 3: 2nd June
Met Cui Ying and Joeann, took 969 to tampines and den MRT to expo.. den i and cui ying went to take attendance first.. hahax.. guess what.. GOT INTERNAL AGAIN!!!! WOOHOO!!!.. den went to hall 7 to support Reeve in the finalys for his Xbox 360 finals.. and guess what, he won trashing is opponent.. he won a PSP!!! WOOHOO!!! but guess what, he wanna sell it.. for 200 ONLY!!!!! CHEAP CHEAP EH!!! hahax..



so did ushering.. this time, tunnel 5.. did flow.. den went to help out at overflow at conference room there.. the ppl there like so ma fan.. keep on saying that they wanna go into the hall.. i was like explaining to them till my mouth very dry liao lor that there are no m0re seats in the hall.. so be happy and be glad that u can come in as there are 400 ppl in hall 7 overflow and 200 outside waiting to get in to the hall..



So went back to tunnel 4.. stood with lucas and it was another guest performance again.. hahax.. this time was Liu gen hong.. woohoo.. hahax.. i love his songs.. den as he sing, i suddenly like "prophesy" to lucas.. i was telling him that he will proposed to his girlfriend, Vivi.. Ms Taiwan for the year 1999.. Den lucas did not believe.. and guess what, he really did in the end.. den lucas was shocked.. hahax.. speechless.. NOBODY EXPECTED IT ACCEPT FOR ME!!! hahax.. den after that, it was another special item.. Sun's video of her school in china.. for the orphans.. the video was really touching.. so touching that i was almost moved to tears.. guess what.. suddenly, pastor aries came up.. and announced that it was Sun's bdae.. den the whole church celebrated it.. den everyone was really moved to tears.. even myself.. bcoz of this love here love there stuff, sun's love for the orphans, geng hong's love for Vivi, Pastor Kong's love towards Sun and Dayan and many other types.. suddenly, pastor decied to preach about love..

I was suddenly asked by a IC to sit at Charlie arena 2 the 2nd row with the pastors.. den pastor started preaching.. den it's like i was there without a bible and notebk.. very awkward lor.. but the message was powerful.. it really moved me alot.. den pastor decided to lay hands on the people from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau.. so i was down there catching people directing the flow.. den at the end when we worship, guess what, LIU GEN HONG WAS STANDING RIGHT BESIDE ME!!! hahax.. he's very tall lor.. hahax.. After that, pack up my stuff, met with the Cell Grp, took 168 from tampines home..



Oh yar.. i was really excited as i saw someone.. i saw pei shan.. hahax.. she stayed for the entire 5 hr service.. hahax.. great to see it.. den i was telling esther about our sch having prayer meeting during this holidays.. i also invited her to come as well.. and she say she'll try.. WOOHOO..

Day 4: 3rd June (FINAL DAY)
Woke up at 8am.. intially wanted to go for the 10am session.. but in the end, mum wanted me to finish some work and have breakfast with her.. so i have lor.. hahax.. no harm.. just watch live service on the internet.. hahax..

Really love the drama.. very funny and the story line was fantastic.. den liu gen hong came up and sing cai hong tian tang.. hahax.. one of the previous songs i used for my blog.. hahax..



So i reported for usher duty at 3pm.. den was assigned to echo.. so did echo arena with Grace.. hahax.. i suddenly rmb that i used to call her Grace Jiejie when i was young that time.. hahax.. den was totally filled up..



Pastor preached an excellent message.. the most impactful and best one this conference.. about carring the trumpet for God.. it started with Moses, to Joshua, to Samuel, to David, to Joel, to the angels, to Jesus, to Simon Peter, to Paul and the list goes on.. so now is the time where it's time for us to hold on to the trumpet.. to carry the trumpet for God.. it was like after the sermon, when we sing the song "making a difference" that time, i wept like never before.. it's like it's never ending tears that came down.. The ending was magnificient.. Ballons fell from the celling.. den got some what "explosion" came out from the stage area.. really a great ending..



After that, took pics with the Cell grp.. Will post them the nxt nxt post when i receive from henry the remaining pics..
